Cinematic Immunity Podcast Launch!

First off...

An awesome time was had at NAB this week.  I got back Tuesday night after two days of exploring the latest trends and discussions in cinema and entertainment technologies.  I found quite a few special pieces.  In our last post, I only shared  0.1% of the show floor's booming scene.  There was so much more to be taken in, including a reception honoring the Emerging Cinematographers hosted by the International Cinematographer's Guild, local 600.  Also, on Tuesday I attended a panel hosted by David Geffner Executive Editor for ICG magazine and the guests were Wally Pfister and Jess Hall, BSC. The topics were based around the processes behind the movie Transcendence,  which looks amazing!  Also,  I bumped into David Stump who is releasing his new book  on Digital Cinematography in May.  I managed to get my hands on a copy in the hopes of buffing up on my electronic imaging techniques and technologies.  So far it's very visual and thorough.  The force is strong with this one.

Now without further Ado...

Cinematic Immunity is launching it's brand new podcast next Tuesday, April 15th!  We currently have a great selection of materials and we are going to start posting some great discussions with guests, Bryan and myself, starting next week with our introductory podcast.  Also, our Cinematic Immunity blog is now moving to Thursdays to keep you all posted on our ventures and adventures.  More to follow and thanks for checking us out.

It all starts with a great script.  I fell in love with this one.  At that time, I had not known the executive producer Donavon Thomas but since that first read, the team has managed to pull together and create this very powerful feature film, and now "Wheels" is premiering at the Newport Beach Film Festival on Sunday, April, 27th. Want to come join us?  Cinematic Immunity will be podcasting from the film festival that week so get in touch and let us know what movies you are there to see. Meanwhile, you can purchase tickets to see "Wheels" and meet up with us here.
